DIRECTIONS TO FIT: Our measurements are based on dress size, not cup size. Please refer to the size chart to ensure you get the correct fit. Simply wear across the top of the breasts, either over or under a bra or sports bra. Ensure fitting is tight enough to prevent bounce and provide compression but not too tight that it restricts breathing or causes discomfort. If you find you’re in-between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

SUPERIOR SUPPORT: We recommend wearing the SMUG breast support band alongside a well-fitted sports bra, either underneath or over the top. Our support band is composed of high-quality materials 41.6% Polyamide, 37.7% Elastomer, and 20.7% Polyester. We advise hand washing with a delicate detergent – a machine wash may stretch the elastic. Do not tumble dry!
