The Deuser Band Original Red by Deuser Sports is designed to improve strength, endurance and coordination and is an indispensable part of any reasonable training program. The ring-shaped closed rubber band is often used in the fitness area and professional sports for warming up or for stretching and strength exercises.
Handy training device with many uses.
A handy durable fitness band that has a tensile force of approx. 12 kg and at 200% stretch a pulling force of approx. 24 kg. The muscles can be targeted by combining different exercises. Perfect for strength endurance exercises in the area of the shoulders and back, as well as biceps and triceps, the chest muscles, the lower back and the legs are targeted.
In addition to strength training, a wide range of movement and holding exercises can be carried out to strengthen whole muscle groups. The Deuser training band is also often used in rehabilitation after injuries and gymnastics. Even with the DFB national team, the elastic sports equipment is used in endurance training and for stretching exercises.
The approx. 3.5 cm wide endless elastic band has a circumference of approx. 2 m. This results in a length of approx. 1 m. The Deuser band is ribbed inside for a better grip. Thanks to the low weight of approx. 180 g ideal for travelling. The strap is more handy than a standard expander with handles and springs.
The box contents include a clear training program with 15 exercises in German and English in poster form.
